Located in the heart of Prescott. No hate from me as far as this Starbucks is concerned. We were greeted when we walked in. Both my order and my wife's order were made correctly and tasted just like any other Starbucks location. We walked inside. Can't comment on the drive-thru accuracy or efficiency. No qualms with any other part of the Starbucks. Odd one location can have so many negative reviews.
Ordered a tall iced americano with a splash of half n half on the mobile app for in store pick up. When I picked it up it was mostly all cream. I asked them nicely if I could have a new one with less creamer and they did! They were so nice about it. I know that a "splash" can mean different things to different people, so I am glad they made me a new one and this one was perfect!
My husband and I went to Dennys for National hamburger day! My husband is a Dennys fan, me not so much...BUT we had a great burger and Shanon was our waitress. She was slammed and didn't show it to us!! Amazing service Shanon! Thank you!!!
Here visiting with my kids and we've been pretty limited in places we can go because the town square doesn't require masking and no one seems to be doing it freely. We have an immune compromised baby and it makes a big difference to us. We still have so wipe down everything coming into our vehicle or a space where our baby is with hospital grade sanitation wipes, but it's a little peace of mind that this business is prepping and practicing safety with home many people from the community they overlap with.
Clean store with very friendly staff. Nothing standouts, but they do the Starbucks brand justice.
